On April 22, 2016, James Sartori resigned as Vice President- Chief Accounting Officer of Air Industries Group and Marianne Giglio was appointed as his successor on an interim basis.
Ms. Giglio, age 52, joined the Company after having served with Circor Aerospace & Defense for more than eight years, most recently as the Director of Finance/Group Director of Pricing. During her tenure at Circor, Ms. Giglio worked with Daniel R. Godin, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, to implement a metrics based system for rewarding employees for performance leading the site to exceed all corporate financial metrics. Ms. Giglio received a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury in 1989.
