On March 27, 2024, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to release its preliminary fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2023 financial results after the market closes on April 1, 2024. In the release the Company also announced that it will host a conference call to discuss its financial results and 2024 Business Outlook at 4:30 PM Eastern Time on Monday April 1, 2024.
