On November 1, 2021, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, at approximately 8:30 AM on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. In the press release the Company also stated that it will host a conference call for investors to discuss its financial results on Wednesday, November 3rd at 4:30 pm Eastern.
